Wow. Just... wow. This movie was very good. Not only did it satisfy my curiosity, it would have been a good movie for a date. It had love story, war, violence, sappy romance, and a historical backing.
No spoilers here, except to say if you are Canadian, or a war history buff, please see this movie. It has some amazing recreation scenes and from what I can gather, captures the era perfectly.
The only way it could have been better would have been to incorporate a little more history, and a little less fluff. I'll give this on a 4.7 out of 5!
