Picture post

I'm going to post some more pictures today... enjoy!

You know how your parents always warned you about Mexican jails? Well, here's and old one that isn't in use anymore.. It looks absolutely.... not fun.

The movie Predator was filmed in the Sierra Madre mountains. Our guide brought us to the rock where Arnold pops out of the mud and grabs the Predator.... While I can't be sure if it is THE rock, it sure looks like it...

The mountains in Mexico are all volcanic in origin. Here's an old lava field. It's hard to tell from this viewpoint, but it goes for MILES...

Mexico also has pyramids. Most are in the Mexican Riviera, but some do survive north of that. This is a set of ruins that are located between just a few miles from Tepic, Mexico.

And, what else is Mexico famous for? Tequila! We went to the town of Tequila. This is the Blue Agave plant that the liquor is distilled from. It can get VERY large...

That's all for now... More to come soon!
