I don't feel like watching tv, and I just can't get into a new book.
The neverending yard work will start up again soon. Right now I have a swamp in the back yard, made all the more pleasant with the little presents the dog has left me over the winter.
There's a ton of painting to be done inside this year, and I desperately need to replace the fascia on the front of the house. Top it all off with three windows that have to be replaced before the fall, and I'm pretty sure I won't be going on any vacations this year at all.

Sounds like you've got a case of the winter blues. Turn that frown upside down! Sunny skies and gentle breezes are just over the horizon. Women are sorting through their summer swim suits and beer companies are ramping up production in anticipation of men just like us grabbing a cold one and sitting on a deck while our wieners are cooking away on the BBQ. Meanwhile, somewhere in Mexico, a nervous truck driver is waiting in a long cue and fervently praying to the almighty that the US border guards don't examine his freight of narcotics. So cheer up! Someone down south is risking their lives and the well being of their entire family in order to make this summer extra special!
