What's happening?

Wow.. It's been almost a year since I posted. Crazy. Seems like a lot less.

So, I have a new job at work. It's taking a lot of my time as I commute 40 minutes to and from work every day. I don't mind the commute. It's pretty relaxing, and I only have to drive one day out of every two or three.

I've been catching up on a lot of TV that I had missed earlier. Shows I'm watching now are "Agents of Shield", "The League", "Murdoch Mysteries", and "Hawaii Five-0" are just a few. Also, some good movies out there. I went and saw "John Wick" on Hallowe'en. Loved it! Reminded me of the first "Taken".

I've also become involved with the start up for a non-profit group here in town over the past year. The Moose Jaw Gamer's Association mission is to provide a safe and entertaining environment where people of all types can come together and enjoy the pastime of various forms of entertainment collectively known as gaming.

We've been hosting large LAN parties twice a year, and donating the profits to various children charities. This year, we've opened up an area for board games, card games, and pen and paper RPG games. The Pathfinder Society will be doing a demonstration that people can join and try the game out. If you are interested, check out Winter GAX 2015.

I'll try to post a bit more on here in the coming weeks and months.
